It has certainty been an incredible journey the last few years. Attempting to launch the new day care facility was challenging enough, without doing it in a pandemic! We are on the home straight now, as this last week the fencing will be complete. Then there will be just the window shutters left to install.

Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. It also helps people who don’t think of themselves as having caring responsibilities to identify as carers and access much-needed support.

This year’s focus is ‘Make Caring Visible and Valued’
